Roberta Sam is in charge of Communications at  ALMANAH IMPACT FOUNDATION.

Roberta is an experienced client service professional with over seven years delivery of word class customer service to all clients of the company to project organizational sales. High sense of professionalism to communicate with thousands of customers from all cultures and economic levels. Self-motivated, exercise sensible judgement; highly organized and detailed oriented with the willingness to go the extra mile.
Roberta is currently a Sales Operations Manager at Inesfly Africa Limited where she manages large number of incoming calls to assist with their enquiries, prepare quotations for clients’ and setting up clients’ accounts and managing them. She was awarded the employee of the month for an immense contribution to an excellent customer service. Roberta was an Office Assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration. She was the Former Customer Service Officer and Front Desk Executive at PHC Motors Limited where she worked for over 9 years.
Roberta graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon – Ghana with a Bachelors in Psychology and Philosophy.
